By sending such instructions, you agree to hold RBC Investor Services Bank S.A. harmless from all actions, proceedings, claims, loss, damage, costs and expenses suffered or incurred by you and which will have arisen directly or indirectly in connection with your refusal to release such information.

All time zones are based upon GMT. Time differences will need to be adjusted by one hour during the British Summer Time (BST). North American Eastern Standard Time (EST) also observes Daylight Saving Time (DST) in line with BST.

UK and Europe (except Iceland)
BST (GMT+1) is observed from 01:00 GMT on the last Sunday in March until 02:00 on the last Sunday in October.

US and Canada
DST (EST+1) is observed from 02:00 DST on the second Sunday in March to 02:00 on the first Sunday in November.
