Once you’ve applied online for a job that looks right for you we’ll send you an email confirmation.
If your application is a strong match, we’ll be in touch to arrange a meeting.
Your first interview, either by telephone or face-to-face (depending on your location and availability), will be with a recruiter.
Second interviews usually take place with the hiring manager. You will have a chance to visit your potential working environment and learn how we’ll support you as an employee.
At any point, you can check the status of the position(s) you’ve applied to by logging into your candidate profile in the RBC Careers portal.
