RBC Investor & Treasury Services appoints Cesar Rainusso as Global Head, Client Success

TORONTO, September 14, 2022 — RBC Investor & Treasury Services today announced the appointment of Cesar Rainusso as Global Head of Client Success.

Based in Toronto, Rainusso joins the RBC Investor & Treasury Services’ Executive Operating Committee and reports to Francis Jackson, CEO, RBC Investor Services. In his new role, Rainusso will lead a recently-created team accountable for delivering an exceptional end-to-end client experience through post-sale client onboarding, technical integration, first-class client support and service oversight.

Rainusso joins RBC from Accenture, where he led the Canadian Customer Sales and Service practice, working cross-sector to transform clients' customer experience models by optimizing distribution channels and leveraging digital capabilities. He was previously Head of Enterprise Digital Channels for BMO Financial Group and Head of North American Customer Contact Centres for BMO's Wealth Management business. Originally from Peru, Cesar graduated from McMaster University with a degree in Commerce followed by an MBA from INSEAD.
