All complaints must clearly indicate the customer’s contact details and include a description of the reason for the complaint. A complaint can be lodged verbally, registered mail or by email to your regular client contact (Client Service Manager).
Our aim is to resolve any complaint internally. However, if a complaint is not resolved to your full satisfaction, you have the right to refer your complaint to the relevant authority. For those customers who meet the definition of “consumer” as defined in the Consumer Protection Code, and you are not satisfied with the outcome of the investigation, you have the right to refer your complaint to the Financial Services Ombudsman in Ireland. You must go through our internal complaints procedure before you contact the Financial Services Ombudsman. The Financial Services Ombudsman is a statutory officer who independently deals with complaints from "consumers" about their individual dealings with all financial services providers that have not been resolved by the providers.
