If you do not wish to disclose beneficial ownership kindly send authentic instructions (a formatted Swift MT599 message or a letter duly signed by authorised signatories) to your client service manager(s) indicating clearly that you do not wish to disclose information on your identity as beneficial owner of securities to Local Authorities/Issuers in all concerned markets.

By sending such instructions, you agree to hold RBC Investor Services Bank S.A. harmless from all actions, proceedings, claims, loss, damage, costs and expenses suffered or incurred by you and which will have arisen directly or indirectly in connection with your refusal to release such information.

NB Majority or substantial share holding disclosure strictly remains the responsibility of the beneficial owner/investor and is not related to the type of disclosure described above.

All time zones are based upon GMT. Time differences will need to be adjusted by one hour during the British Summer Time (BST). North American Eastern Standard Time (EST) also observes Daylight Saving Time (DST) in line with BST.

UK and Europe (except Iceland)
BST (GMT+1) is observed from 01:00 GMT on the last Sunday in March until 02:00 on the last Sunday in October.

US and Canada
DST (EST+1) is observed from 02:00 DST on the second Sunday in March to 02:00 on the first Sunday in November.
