On July 3, 2023 the ownership of RBC Investor Services Bank S.A. transferred to CACEIS. RBC Investor Services Bank S.A. was an affiliate of Royal Bank of Canada (RBC), operating under the brand name of RBC Investor & Treasury Services (RBC I&TS). On July 3, 2023, the affiliation to RBC ceased. As a result, RBC Investor Services Bank S.A. is now known as CACEIS Investor Services Bank S.A., and clients are now serviced by CACEIS Investor Services Bank S.A. There is no significant change in the delivery, content and use of the information and services available and any website reference to RBC Investor Services Bank S.A. refers to CACEIS Investor Services Bank S.A.
